Views of The Bellagio from the Eiffel Tower restaurant

Vegas is home to its’ fair share of luxury restaurants. Imagine dining on delicious French cuisine while surrounded by panoramic views of the fabulous Strip. Mike and I have been wanting to dine at the Eiffel Tower restaurant for so long. We finally planned a birthday brunch experience. We conveniently stayed a the Paris which is a great mid range lodging option located near most attractions. I love staying here because the pricing is pretty affordable, it’s walkable to almost everything, and the resort offers a wonderful pool, spa, and dining options. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a wonderful mid range option.

For stunning views, the most romantic setting, and exquisite service, look no further than this fine dining experience, located on the 25th floor of the resort. Not only is the food spectacular, but this is by far the most scenic dining experience in the city. As you feast on delicious cuisine, you can enjoy a bird’s eye view of all the iconic Strip landmarks including the fabulous Bellagio fountain show.

As it stands as one of the most popular fine dining experiences in the city due to the breathtaking views (it definitely earns its’ reputation in my opinion), a reservation for dinner is absolutely required if you wish to dine alongside the dazzling lights. However, don’t rule out a daytime visit just yet. Visiting at brunch is a wonderful experience: one that offers the advantage of fewer crowds and a quieter date setting. The pricing is also much cheaper at this time if you are on a budget.

The most scenic place to dine in Sin City

During brunch hours, it is much easier to score a window seat. In fact, we received a wonderful window seat with a front row ticket to the spectacular Bellagio Fountain show. Seating is first come, first served, so I guess it just depends on how busy the restaurant is on any particular day. We lucked out as the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived.

What a view! It’s so different seeing the show from 25 stories up!

The food is spectacular!

We thought that the food was amazing. Some tourists restaurant offer the great ambiance, but sub par food (not the case here!). The menu is small, yet there appeared to be enough variety to please picky eaters. And, the staff is more than willing to accommodate any special requests. They offer a separate gluten-free menu, and even bring out gluten-free bread, so don’t hesitate to ask!

An example of a few selections you will find on the brunch menu include: Paillard of Salmon, Aged Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Eggs and Lobster with Caviar, New York Strip Steak, and French Toast.

We ordered the Baked Crepes or French Bucatini Pasta. Both these entrees were affordably priced, not to mention the perfect lunch sized serving. You will leave neither overstuffed (you never want a lunch to drag you down when you are walking around The Strip all day!) nor hungry. I was a bit nervous as most French restaurants do not offer many vegetarian selections but I easily found something.

I ordered the Baked Crepes (pictured below) which were stuffed with a tasty combination of parmesan cheese, artichokes, and roasted tomato coulis. While I am not normally a fan of sweet crepes, this savory vegetable version was pretty darn good!

Mike ordered the French Bucatini Pasta, a delicious pasta dish consisting of a mixture of trumpet royale mushrooms and aged parmesan. A tasty sauce always makes or breaks a pasta dish in my opinion and this one was fabulous.

And of course, you have to treat yourself to at least one dessert while you are vacationing here (it is Sin City after all)! We ordered a delicious flourless chocolate cake and it was even better than it looks. Menu options may change throughout the year so you may seem something different that is just as tempting.

A bird’s eye view of The Strip

As you dine on fantastic French cuisine, you will be treated to amazing views in every direction. Even during the daytime, the scenery really jumps out at you. I can’t imagine how much more fabulous it would be at night with all the lights. I would love to come back someday for a romantic dinner experience. Here are a few pictures we took from our seat.

It’s not just dining: It’s an experience

The whole experience is quite interesting. First you will take an elevator up to the 25th floor. Then you will pass the kitchen staff where you can sneak a peek at the cooks in action before entering the restaurant. Next, you will sit back and relax as you take in the gorgeousness around you!

Although I cannot comment on the dinner dining experience, brunch was pretty spectacular. Honestly, I was a bit surprised at how desolate the restaurant looked for Sunday brunch. On a side note, I’ve heard from a family member that the dinner experience is also top notch.

Service was prompt and friendly. Our waitress accommodated our special requests without any troubles.

If you are seeking a great place to take a date, or a restaurant with top notch views, this wonderful restaurant has you covered. While great food and service is always a must, I think you should choose restaurants that offer something you could never get at home, and this gem surely pleases with out-of-this-world vistas. Overall, I consider this a great touristy vacation choice.

Another world-class viewpoint

I always avoided the Eiffel Tower Experience thinking it would be a tourist rip off. We finally decided to check it out on this vacation as we were splurging for a birthday celebration. I have to say I was totally impressed – it is definitely not a tourist trap.

For this attraction, you get to take a really cool glass elevator up to the observing deck which is on the 46th floor. The views are just wonderful – I will leave it at that. You can read my post for more pics and details.
