Carmen’s Cafe Nicole is a fantastic lunch and breakfast cafe, located on the waterfront in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This cafe is centrally located, which made it the perfect pre-lunch choice before our Whale Watching Adventure on the Captain John boat tour. Serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week in a relaxed atmosphere, Carmen’s is the perfect choice for those looking for a scenic, laid-back lunch experience before exploring historical sites or attractions in the area. The menus feature an assortment of different options for every taste, including seafood, Mexican, and American entrees.

I ordered the Healthy Harbour Wrap, which consisted of grilled vegetables, hummus, and spring mix on a whole grain wrap. Mike ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap. Both wraps were served with fries. Portions were on the smaller side, but delicious!

There is both an indoor and outdoor seating area. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the fabulous weather and ocean views. They have comfortable patio chairs, which made for a more relaxing meal. Also, the umbrellas are nice as it is shaded enough to enjoy your lunch while taking in the views.

I highly recommend stopping for lunch at Carmen’s Cafe Nicole this summer for a relaxing lunch on the waterfront. After lunch, there are plenty of interesting historical attractions to check out including: the Mayflower replica and Plymouth Rock, whale watching tours, deep sea fishing tours. Of course, you can always just take a stroll along the beautiful waterfront and enjoy the scenery!
