While my sisters were in town, we headed out to Randolph, Massachusetts for the afternoon. We decided to randomly stop for lunch at Rick’s Cafe as a cafe would likely appeal to the whole group. Although the restaurant didn’t look like much from the outside, I was pleasantly surprised with the decor, atmosphere, food, and service.
The atmosphere was casual, but elegant. The dining room is simple, although appealing. There is also a large bar and live entertainment on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays.
I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo which was excellent – the sauce was definitely made from scratch and they had whole grain noodles which was a plus for me.
They offer both a large and small plate so you don’t have to worry about an enormous portion that you can’t finish. The small plate of pasta was a bit smaller than I expected, but still enough for a lunch. The food was fresh and the waitress had no problems with any substitutions. The waitress was attentive and friendly.
I would visit Rick’s Cafe again for the great food, great service, and classy atmosphere.
