Paris is one of many gorgeous themed Vegas casino resorts. This one features a unique French theme with a half scale replica of the famous Eiffel Tower. From the cobblestone streets to the realistic replicas, everything about the hotel says France. It is the closest you can get to Paris without taking a pricey international flight.
The unique design, complete with replicas of the Eiffel Tower, La Fontaine de Mars and the Arc de Triomphe, a quaint cobblestone dining and shopping area reminiscent of Paris, along with cute little French restaurants, makes The Paris Hotel a great choice for anyone who wants to feel like they are traveling to Paris without leaving the US.
Pulling up to the Paris hotel, the first thing you will notice is the beautiful architecture. The front of the hotel was constructed to resemble a combination of the Hotel de Ville, the Paris Opera House, and the Louvre.
Inside you will notice that the entire design of the hotel is consistent with the Paris theme, from the cobblestone dining area to the actual casino itself. It's a very beautiful place: the closest you can get to France without leaving the state of Nevada!
The most notable attraction at the Paris Hotel is the 541 foot tall half size replica of the Eiffel Tower. While you are here you must check out the Eiffel Tower Experience. This scenic ride will take you 460 feet up in a glass elevator where you are then treated to unmatched views of the strip: the perfect romantic night out in Vegas!
One of the few drawbacks of the hotel is the steep resort fee ($32.48), however, this is the reality of all Vegas hotels now. For this fee, you will get access to the gorgeous Mandara Spa (the sauna and steam rooms here are great!).
Your resort fee also includes access to the Paris pool, a nice place to relax with pretty landscaping, 2 hot tubs, and lots of lounger chairs. On a nice summer afternoon, you can lazy around while taking in the sights of the beautiful Eiffel Tower replica.
Another benefit of staying at the Paris is the convenient access to the resort's French themed dining and shopping area. Here you will find a bunch of cute French cafes, a great buffet with an awesome French dessert selection, lots of souvenir shops with cool Paris themed decor, and of course, the famous Eiffel Tower Restaurant.
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant is a dining experience like no other in Vegas, a romantic place to enjoy decadent French food while taking in breathtaking views of the Strip from the floor to ceiling windows.
On top of all these amenities, Paris has the added bonus of being within walking distance of many great casinos and attractions. You will be right across from the spectacular Bellagio fountain show and just a short walk from the entertaining Mirage Volcano show.
Update: As of 2025, the resort fee has increased to $55! A bit high if you ask me, but most other resorts have probably upped theirs as well. Unfortunately, you have to pay a lot today just to stay in Vegas!
Pricing at the Paris hotel is surprisingly affordable, considering it is a 4 star resort with convenient Strip access and numerous on-site amenities. Rates start as low as $59 per night, although prices will be more in the mid 100's on weekends and holidays. On summer weekends, expect to pay more $250-350 on average per night.
Rooms at the Paris have a clean, classy French inspired design: nothing too fancy, yet something quiet and clean to come back to each night. If you are willing to pay a bit more, you will have the added bonus of Strip and/or Eiffel Tower views.
Overall, a stay at the Paris is a pretty good value based on numerous factors including the attractive theme, convenient access to other Strip activities, and nice on site amenities.
If you are seeking a simple, non flashy hotel with an attractive, clean design, then the Paris might just be exactly what you are looking for in a Vegas trip.
While neither the priciest or cheapest option on The Strip, the Paris is the perfect choice for the traveler who intends to spend most of their time on the Strip, not needing the fanciest amenities around, yet still seeking a nice hotel with great amenities to come back to.
