This super popular Asian restaurant was recently rated one of "Tampa Bay's 25 most iconic restaurants" by the Tampa Bay Times. It is the best place to enjoy quality Asian cuisine in a nice setting. Definitely check it out if are visiting The Bay!
The best time to plan your visit to Yummy House is during their afternoon lunch special, served Monday-Friday. This deal includes an entrée, plus Jasmine rice and tea. Options include Almond Chicken, Shrimp with Mixed Vegetable, Garlic Fish, Vegetable Lo Mein, Hot and Sour Seafood Noodle Soup, Mongolian Beef, and more. All entrees are priced starting at 11 bucks, so really this is a fantastic deal.
Because pricing is so affordable, it's easy to splurge on soup and appetizers. The crispy egg rolls are the perfect starter. Also do treat yourself to the wonderful Egg Drop soup. Although pricey at over 10 bucks, the serving is ginormous and easily big enough to serve multiple people.
The rest of the menu includes all your typical Chicken, Beef, Pork, Seafood, Noodle, and Vegetable based dishes. Also, there are 10+ signature fried rice dishes. Really, you cannot go wrong with a big delicious plate of fried rice. I always order veggie fried rice. Also, their Clay Pots and Sizzling plates are also quite popular. Check out the menu where you will find more than 10 unique options.
Service is wonderful here and the presentation is perfect.
The setting here is really beautiful. This is a great place to enjoy a meal, rather than just pick up your food to go. The decor is contemporary and fresh.
Yummy House is your best bet for delicious authentic Asian cuisine in Tampa. The attractive dining room and fantastic service make dining here all the more enjoyable.
