Myrtle Beach’s Broadway at the Beach, a bustling entertainment & shopping venue, is the perfect place to visit for a relaxing night out on your vacation. Here you will find all the tourist favorites, including Hard Rock Café. Hard Rock is always a good choice as it offers a menu that appeals to everyone, and is consistently good no matter the location. I love the comfort food and the fun rock n'roll vibe.
The menu features an assortment of comfort food favorites, such as: burgers, fajitas, salads, steaks, sandwiches, and more. The real highlight here is the amazing appetizer selections. The Santa Fe Spring Rolls (black beans, spinach, cilantro, jack cheese, corn, jalapenos, and red peppers) are incredible! Also the nachos, flatbreads, and onions rings are worthy of a caloric splurge!
Update: Sadly, Hard Rock no longer serves their iconic spring rolls or the jumbo platter. However, I recently tried the legendary nachos and they were worth ever penny!
Portions are pretty large, with even entrée salads filing enough for a meal. The Cobb Salad (mixed greens, avocado, corn, red onions, tomatoes, bacon, eggs, Monterey Jack Cheese, and grilled chicken) is a great choice for everyone, even vegetarians, as the chicken and bacon can easily be substituted.
Another great choice is the Twisted Macaroni and Cheese. This satisfying dish includes cavatappi pasta tossed with a savory four-cheese sauce blend and diced red peppers. Seriously, it is the best mac and cheese around! It's a great choice for vegetarians. Another wonderful veggie choice is the vegetarian fajitas. You can never go wrong with some classic Mexican food.
Service at this location was exceptional. The waiter was very courteous, friendly, and able to make necessary substitutions without the slightest hint of it being a burden. The staff is more than willing to assist with any questions about the menu or any possible substitutions you can make to suit your diet.
Myrtle Beach’s Hard Rock features a unique pyramid shaped design. The decor/memorabilia is so cool and unique. Also, you can’t go wrong with the great soundtrack blasting away in the background! The authentic memorabilia in the Rock Shop gives you something to look at while waiting for your food. A great selection of take home souvenirs, with everything from glasses, t shirts, pins, and even stuffed bears are available. Also, you can order a specialty drink and pay a few extra bucks for an appetizer.
Myrtle Beach’s Hard Rock Cafe offers the same entertaining décor, great rock music and memorabilia, and consistent food as all the other locations. However, they do have the edge in the service department! Head over to Hard Rock Café for a great meal, along with a fun night of specialty drinks and rock music. Because of the fun ambiance, great service, convenience to attractions, and great menu of comfort choices, I often make Hard Rock part of my dining plans in any tourist destination.
