The CBS Television consumer research center located inside of the MGM Grand allows guests to watch a pilot for a new TV show and give their honest feedback. The pilot we watched was terrible, however, it was still an entertaining, interesting experience, and it is fun to know that you had an influence on whether the show did or didn’t make it on the air. If you are looking to do something different on your trip, then the CBS Television Research Center should be added to your must do list. They give out plenty of coupons for restaurants and shops inside the MGM Grand. This is a great free, unique activity for your next trip to Vegas. Find out more about the Research Center here.

Take a picture of The Mirage Aquarium

Mirage fish tank

I really wanted to see this aquarium on my trip because I am a big fan of “National Lampoon’s Vegas Vacation.” This large 53 foot long, 8 foot tall aquarium is the same that was used in the movie, which was filmed primarily at The Mirage. This beautiful saltwater tank includes hundreds of colorful fish. Visit The Mirage website for more info about the aquarium.
