The best time to visit the Omni Blue Ridge buffet is during breakfast, served daily from 6:30am-10:30am. The offerings really are extensive for just $25 per person. In addition to all the usual breakfast offerings, you will get to enjoy fresh made-to-order omelets, fresh squeezed juiced drinks, an oatmeal and chia seed pudding bar, and a donut bar. All the food is fresh and delicious. The presentation is attractive as well.
A decadent weekend brunch is offered from 11:30am-2:30pm, Saturday and Sundays. The price is a bit higher, however, you can expect a more extravagant display. Lunch buffets are offered Monday-Friday, from Noon-2:30pm. Also, a special dinner buffet is served on Friday & Saturday nights from 5pm-9:30pm.
Also, the holiday buffets are worth looking into if you will be in the area at this time. Quite pricey, although worthy of consideration for the extravagant spread and fantastic scenery.
