Eat Greek - Conshohocken

Review Details

Eat Greek is one of the best newcomers to the dining scene - a great choice for foodies looking for something new. If you love Greek food, this is one of the better options in the Philly region. Conshohocken is a thriving borough in suburban Montgomery County, located about 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia. This community has become a hotspot for foodies with new and exciting restaurants continuing to sprout up.

Food

Eat Greek is a wonderful new addition to the foodie scene in Conshohocken. This is the best place in the Philly burbs for healthy and delicious Greek fare. The restaurant uses local ingredients and everything is bursting with flavor.

Ordering a platter is the best way to go here. All the platters are really great values especially if you want to try a few things. Consider the spanakopita which includes grilled veggies, kalamata olives, rice, pita bread, feta cheese, and tzatziki, all for just 12 bucks. Of course, you will want to add on a delicious side Greek salad (affordably priced at just 3 bucks).

This entree was just delicious and also huge enough where i had leftovers for 2 days. Overall, the food was fresh and delicious and the serving size was great for the price. The spanakopita was especially tasty.

The Gyro Chicken was another wonderful entree. Loaded with grilled veggies, onion, tomato, tzatziki, and served with fries or rice, this is a filling and affordable meal, also priced at just 12 bucks.

Update: The Platters are now priced at $15.

Service

Service was pretty standard here, neutral, with the staff being neither rude nor overly friendly.

Atmosphere

The dining room is attractive enough, although a bit small and light in the decor department.

Final Words

Eat Greek is a great choice for lunch/dinner if you find yourself exploring downtown Conshohocken. There are plenty of great restaurant choices in this area, with Eat Greek being near the top of the list of must visit contenders.
