Bay Wrap is a healthy cafe, which serves a diverse variety of wraps, including numerous vegetarian, seafood, chicken, and pork options. This cafe is located in downtown Belfast, Maine.
An extensive selection of wraps to choose from is offered, including a large assortment of vegetarian offerings. I ended up choosing the “HerBig Caesar” wrap, which included a tasty combo of romaine lettuce, red onions, tomato, cucumber, Caesar dressing, shredded Parmesan and croutons.
A variety of chicken, seafood, and tofu based options available. If visiting in the morning, there is a full espresso menu and a number of fresh pastries available. A bit pricey at $17 for a small and $19 for a large wrap, but at least you are eating healthy.
Service was good considering the busy afternoon rush.
There is a coffee shop in the front and the cafe section is located in the back. There is not a lot of seating and it felt really crowded, making it feel like more of a quick grab and go lunch rather than a sit down. That being said, the ambiance was very nice and the brick walls added a nice historic touch.
This restaurant was not my favorite, but it made for a satisfactory quick lunch. I would take the extra time to drive over to Camden Deli next time I am in the area. However, if you are in a rush and seeking healthy food, Bay Wrap should please.
