Mamma Mia's - Carver, Massachusetts

After running a 5k race in Middleboro, Massachusetts today, I was definitely craving some carbohydrates. Mike and I decided to head over to the nearby town of Carver to have lunch at Mamma Mia’s. We had previously visited this restaurant for dinner and loved it, and therefore, we were anxious to try out the lunch specials. This was the perfect option after a hard race; filling up on plenty of carbs after a tough race was a real treat!

Mamma Mia's cozy dining room - Carver, Massachusetts

Mamma Mia’s has a nice comfortable, cozy appeal. Arriving on a Saturday afternoon, the place was completely dead, which made for a nice relaxing lunch. The dining room is small, but cozy and nicely decorated.

On the menu, you will find a variety of different specialty prices lunch entrees. These reduced prices are available everyday from 11:00am-4:00pm. Lunch serving sizes are still pretty big, even at the reduced prices. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo, and Mike ordered the Tuna Salad sandwich, which was served alongside a side of homemade potato salad. We both agreed that our lunches were delicious. The complimentary bread served with olive oil for dipping is a treat as well.

Mamma Mia’s Carver Menu

I would definitely visit this local gem again, either for lunch or dinner. Both times we have dined at Mamma Mia’s we have experienced great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and great service. Mamma Mia’s has 5 locations throughout Southeast Massachusetts. I recommend trying one of them out on your next trip to Massachusetts.
