The Polish Cottage serves wonderful authentic Polish cuisine in a charming setting. Visiting the eclectic Polish Cottage is such a refreshing change of pace from the overwhelming number of chains and Mexican restaurants dominating the area. If you have never tried a pierogi or potato pancake before, you are in for a real treat. Alternatively, if you usually pick up your pierogis from the frozen section, you are also in for a real treat. So, do yourself a favor and treat your taste buds to a wonderful culinary adventure at the Polish Cottage.

The food at the Polish Cottage is simply amazing. Do yourself a favor and skip the frozen pierogis at the supermarket in exchange for fresh scratch made pierogis at the Polish Cottage. All food is made completely in house here. Four different types of pierogis are available: Beef, Potatoes and Cheese, Sauerktaut and Mushroom, or Sweet Farmer's Cheese. Pierogis can be ordered in an 8,12,or 14 piece set and you get to choose 2 flavors. The potato and cheese combination was absolutely delicious. The potato pancakes, served with sour cream and applesauce, are also a must try here. The best deal is ordering the combination plate as you get to try a selection of the best Polish dishes. It is still a bit overpriced in my opinion considering the tiny portion sizes, however, the best deal available here. I recommend they add some complimentary bread and butter to make up for the high menu pricing. They offer a special vegetarian combo plate which includes 2 potato pancakes, 6 pierogi, and a traditional vegetable salad. The vegetable salad which included diced apples, carrots, eggs, potatoes, onions, pickles, with mayonnaise and spicy mustard was new to us and surprisingly delicious. The traditional Polish combo plate includes a stuffed cabbage roll, smoked polish sausage, roll of bread, hunter's stew and pierogi and is just $34 for 2. You can even cap off your meal with a traditional Polish desert like Polish Apple Cake or Kolaczki (Polish Cream Cheese cookies).

Service was really friendly. The vibe was great and the entrees did not take long at all. The Polish Cottage was not over packed on a Friday night like most Tucson restaurants tend to be, so you can enjoy a quieter atmosphere along with faster service and no wait to be seated.

The setting here is so cute and charming. The restaurant is decorated like a traditional Polish Cottage and is bright and colorful. The decor is authentic and unique to Tucson and the cozy vibe makes you feel like you are sitting in someone's home. There are numerous colorful international books which you can browse through while waiting for your meal.

Polish Cottage is authentic as it gets, from the delicious traditional foods to the charming decor. In an area totally overrun with big chains, Polish Cottage is a real treat worth making your way over to.
