47 Scott is a small cozy modern American restaurant in downtown Tucson. 47 Scott specializes in comfort style American foods in a hip modern setting.

The menu at 47 Scott is pretty limited, however, there are still a number of creative specialty selections. 47 serves brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, dinner 7 days a week, and offers a great Happy Hour from 4-7pm daily. We visited for brunch and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, start with the grilled baguette served with olive oil. It's the best buck you will spend at a restaurant in Tucson! So perfectly seasoned, this bread is really addictive and definitely worthy of a 2nd order! Tacos, soups and salads, sandwiches and burgers, hashes and breakfast dishes round out the brunch menu. I recommend trying the Southwestern Veggie Hash or the delicious super creamy Mac and Cheese, of which can be customized to add meat or veggies. The delicious super flavorful house mornay cheese sauce is topped with herbs and sourdough bread crumbs. It's the best mac and cheese in Tucson hands down. The food here is hearty and filling and the prices are very affordable considering the downtown location.

Service was pretty standard at 47 Scott, efficient and attentive, although not overly friendly.

The setting here is urban and hip and reminiscent of a restaurant you would find in New York or Chicago. The interior is dark and simplistic.

47 Scott is a great choice for brunch or Happy Hour if you plan to be near the downtown area at either of these times. The food is great and the ambiance is perfect for a brunch date. Overall, it's one of the best values in the downtown Tucson area considering the high quality food, clean and modern setting, and affordable pricing.
