Copper Kettle is a charming little tea shop in historic downtown Foley, Alabama. A few winning attributes including friendly Southern service, a cozy indoor and outdoor seating area, and an extensive tea menu, make a stop at Copper Kettle more than worthwhile.

An extensive loose leaf tea menu featuring black, green, white, oolong, roobios, and herbal tea blends is available. Coffee is also served each morning, and it is an excellent, rich dark roast. As for tea, both the White Peony and Roobios Chai were delicious. If you are new to tea, don't worry as the staff is more than willing to help you with any suggestions. If you are new to tea, a flavorful fruit based herbal blend or green tea is always a good start. Tea is served in a beautiful teapot, enhancing the tea experience. As for food, there is a lunch special that changes daily (soup, salad, quiche are some of the choices) along with a few baked treats.

The service here is outstanding - beyond friendly. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful with tea suggestions. The staff doesn't simply serve tea, but asks about your day too. You really feel like a welcome guest. The owner was kind enough to recommend local activities and seemed genuinely interested in our trip. Southern hospitality is alive and well at Foley's charming Copper Kettle tea shop!

The indoor tea room is quaint and beautifully decorated with all sorts of novelty tea items such as cast iron pots, a tea lamp, and other tea antiques. Copper Kettle is such a charming place to enjoy your afternoon tea break. It really feels like a step back in time: a nice departure from all the modern looking coffee and tea shops that exist today. Or take a seat outside and enjoy the beautiful weather, pretty landscaping, and comfy seating. No matter where you choose to sip your tea, you are sure to appreciate the laid-back Southern charm of this amazing tea shop. I liked this tea shop so much that I made a return visit the next morning before heading out of town.

Copper Kettle is a must stop for any tea or coffee drinker visiting the Foley area. The charming, Southern style tea room, abundance of high quality loose leaf tea options, and kind staff really make your tea break both an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
