Everything about this place is great - the atmosphere, the coffee, the service, and the central Strip location at the Monte Carlo casino!

Sambalatte roasts their beans in small bathes (beans are from small sustainable farms in Brazil) for the highest quality. It's evident that all the baristas are properly trained in the different brewing methods. Sambalatte specializes in latte art so you will get a unique design with each cup. For an Instagram worthy picture, order one of the specialty rainbow art lattes. This artistic drink which has been featured in various media can basically be made on any drink that uses milk, The technique use to create the mesmerizing art is known as “free pour latte art." These gorgeous creations use food dye in the foam to create a drink that looks as good as it tastes! In addition to the usual espresso drinks, Samba specialties in quality cold brew and pour over. And if you need a little treat, Sambalatte offers an enticing display of all sorts of tempting pastries and desserts. We went with a basic Americano, which were perfect, I would definitely choose Sambalatte again for my next Vegas coffee break.

Service is great here. I needed an extra boost in my Americano and the barista didn't even charge me for the extra shot. Drinks were prepared fast despite the long line.

Sambalatte offers a great ambiance both inside and outside. Inside, the design and decor is beautiful. There are lots of places to sit so it never feels overcrowded. It's just a great place to relax and take a break for a bit. If your visit falls outside of the brutally hot summer season, they offer a nice little outdoor patio with shady seating and lots of trees. It's a nice place to kick up your feet for a leisurely hour of people watching.

Sambalatte is the perfect coffeehouse for anyone seeking a laid-back, non-chain experience on The Strip. Not only is the coffee leaps and bounds above Starbucks, the setting is also much nicer. Plus, we could all use a break from fighting the crowds and endless foot pounding.
