Health food restaurants continue to pop up around the Tampa metro area. Harvest Bowl is a great choice for anyone seeking lots of gluten-free and vegan options. An on-site natural foods market is another bonus.

This fresh eatery offers a number of creative bowls or you can opt to customize your own. It's a pretty simple setup - you choose your protein, your base, your veggies, extra toppings, and sauce. They also offer a few brunch selections, acai bowls, and a number of tempting desserts.
Their Signature Nourish bowl is an excellent choice. This healthy protein and veggie packed bowl includes spiced lentils, roasted cauliflower and brussel sprouts, chickpeas, roasted sweet potatoes, red onions, lettuce, and homemade falafel. A very delicious and extremely filling choice.
Service
This is an order at the counter establishment - the little service provided was great. The staff had no problem with minor substitutions.
Atmosphere
The ambiance is extremely casual with limited seating. Although this is more of a pick up place, it's nice to take a break and relax.
