The best place for breakfast in Naples is EJ's Bayfront Cafe. Not only do they offer an extensive menu with many interesting choices, but the service is great and the breezy patio is perfect for the cooler season.

The best part about EJ's is that they offer a lot of unique menu items. Along with the standards like omelets, skillets, and pancakes, you can also order specialty items like black bean cakes, banana and apple cinnamon stuffed French Toast, Breakfast Burritos, and Huevos Rancheros.
They also offer a healthy menu section if you are watching your diet. This section includes options such as avocado toast, granola and yogurt, and vegetable egg whites.
The Black Beans Cakes are really delicious. If you are looking to try something different, this is a good place to start. This entrée is served with whole wheat toast, and fruit, so definitely still a filling choice. The omelets are super delicious as well - try the healthy veggie loaded option.
