Osprey serves tacos a la cart so you can mix and match to your desire. The menu includes a range of interesting options for everyone including several great vegetarian options. Produce and proteins are fresh and local. In addition, you will find 2 Fresh Catch tacos (one carnivore and one veggie option) daily which are based on what is currently in season.
Some of the tacos are traditional, while others take into mind the local seafood culture of St. Augustine. Protein choices include Carne Asada, Carnitas, Pollo Asada, Ground Beef, Shrimp, Soy protein, and rice and black beans.
Both traditional and Tex-mex options available. You can also turn any taco into a bowl. One great healthy choice to consider is The Avocado featuring avocados, black bean puree, pickled red onion and cabbage, cotija cheese, and baja sauce. Another great option is The Boise. This taco includes crispy fried potatoes, cheddar cheese, baja sauce, and scallions.
