You will want to check out Soby's fantastic Sunday brunch while you are in town. This is by far the best buffet in Greenville. The over-the-top lineup includes a made-to-order omelet bar, various breakfast and lunch sides, and a decadent dessert display which includes a fondue station.

A few highlights from the buffet include toasted croissants, fresh salads, baked salmon, shrimp alfredo, and an assortment of mini desserts. They always offer 3 hot entrees. The staff is nice enough to bring out a vegetarian version if you need it.

Brunch is served on Sundays from 10:00am-1:30pm. Pricing is $19 per person. A tad overpriced as any drinks or coffee require a separate fee. Fortunately, the coffee here is delicious (and endless), so no need to go anywhere for your morning caffeine fix.

Update: The brunch buffet is no longer served. However, you can choose amongst a range of entrees. Recent offerings have included Challah French Toast, Fried Green Tomato Benedict, and Shrimp and Grits.

If you prefer to go out for dinner, you will get to treat yourself to a range of Southern specialties. The highlight here is Soby's complimentary cheddar style biscuits, brought out fresh at the start of your meal. A few entrees to try include the Vegetable Plate served with local seasonal vegetables and steamed rice, Seared Snapper, and Fried Chicken seared with Smoked Gouda and Pimento Mac and Cheese.
