Nove Italiano
Nove, one of the top rated Vegas Italian restaurants, is located on top of The Palm's Fantasy Tower on the 51st floor. The spectacular setting, incredible views of the city, and delicious Italian cuisine, make it an extraordinary place to celebrate an anniversary or birthday in Vegas.
Food
The menu at Nove is very small, although still offering a bit of something for everything, from the meat lover, to the pasta lover, to the strict vegetarian. Pasta is made made fresh in house daily. The Fettuccine Shrimp Scampi and Signature Ravioli were both wonderful.
We also were privileged to try out a sampler dessert plate that the chef brought out especially for my birthday. It was a really nice gesture that we were not at all expecting. Each mini dessert was absolutely amazing and I would definitely order a full dessert on my next visit.
Service
Service at Nove was fantastic, with each staff member being professional and attentive to each guest's needs.
Atmosphere
Nove is one of the most romantic restaurants in Las Vegas. The views of the city are absolutely incredible; I highly recommend reservations for a window seat so you can fully appreciate the spectacular setting. Beautiful LED Swarvoski chandeliers and floor to ceiling windows create a truly dazzling ambiance that fits in just perfectly with any Vegas vacation. While you dine alongside the elegant surroundings, you can still take in all the bright, bustling lights of the city without actually being in the craziness.
Final Remarks
If you are in Vegas and craving a great Italian restaurant, I highly recommend checking out Nove, whether or not you are staying at The Palms. The exceptional service, quality cuisine, and spectacular views warrant a quick drive or taxi ride from the Strip as this is one amazing restaurant. With an elegant ambiance & marvelous views of The Strip, accompanied by a wonderful menu, Nove is one of the top date destinations in all of Vegas.
