Jack's Sports Grille is your typical sports bar, serving fun appetizers and offering a casual setting and lots of flat screen TV's to watch the games.
If you are visiting Zion solely for the views and want to take full advantage of the stunning scenery at every meal, then you will find better places to suit you in town. However, if you are simply seeking a nice sports bar with all your favorite pub style foods, then Jack's will likely please.
Jack's is open later than most other dining choices in town, making it a good choice when you need a late night snack and everything else is closed.
The food is pretty decent for a sports bar. The Salmon Teriyaki bowl great! The chips and guacamole, a huge serving of fresh homemade guac with tri colored tortilla chips, is a great value appetizer to start the meal.
Also found on the rather large menu are standard pub choices like fried appetizers, sandwiches (try the Turkey and Swiss!), Burgers, and Brats. In addition, Jack's offers a few unique international selections such as Mexican enchiladas and burritos, rice bowls, and breakfast is served all day!
Service was pretty good, although it took a tad too long to get the food out.
Unfortunately, Jack's Grill is one of the few Springdale restaurants not offering gorgeous views. While most other choices in town offer a terrace to soak in the stunning scenery, Jack's only offers indoor seating.
While there is no outdoor seating here, the inside is bright, modern, and clean - quite a bit more attractive than your average sports bar.
Overall, Jack's is your best bet for a few appetizers and drinks, especially during the off-season as it is one of the few restaurants open past 8pm.
Affordable pricing, a clean look, and decent food make Jack's a nice laid-back choice for anyone seeking a few apps and drinks or a pub style meal.
