Frankie’s is located in a strip mall in Oak Lawn, a suburb of Chicago. This would not be my first choice for a restaurant, however, I was dining with a friend that really enjoys the restaurant.
This restaurant is especially popular for their Italian beef and I have heard residents rave about it. Being a vegetarian, I was happy that there were a few options on the menu for me. I ordered the spinach ravioli, which was excellent, but I am not sure it was worth the $11 price tag. Prices are on the high side for a casual restaurant. Price Menu
No problems with the service on my visit. The waitress was fast, friendly, and efficient.
This restaurant is really small with not a lot of seating. It is mostly used for catering events, rather than dining inside.
This may be a great place for catering events, but the restaurant atmosphere for dining out is not the best. I might order take-out next time I am in town, but I probably wouldn't dine at the restaurant again.
