Colombo's is an affordable pizza and pasta restaurant located near Montana State University in Bozeman. We stopped here during the first afternoon of our trip for a cheap, quick lunch.
Columbo's is your typical casual pizza/pub restaurant. Here you will find all sorts of unique pizza and pasta entrees, along with sandwiches, appetizers, and a salad bar. Selections include everything from a hot Eggplant Parmesan sub, to Baked Ziti, to an Italian sub.
The salad bar is not the biggest I have ever seen, yet it is adequate. My veggie sandwich was fantastic. I definitely got my fill of healthy food for an affordable price tag. Mike ordered a delicious pizza.
For those dining gluten-free, pizza and pasta are available.
Prices were very reasonable. They offer a number of lunch specials including an all-you-can-eat salad bar, salad and pizza, salad and a sandwich, and pizza by the slice.
We waited less than 10 minutes for a waiter to bring over our sandwiches and pizza. We both enjoyed the salad bar which was self-serve.
I enjoyed the rustic Montana theme inside. It was not overly noisy or crowded making for a relaxed dining experience.
