If you find yourself spending the day in the New Tampa seeking a good lunch destination, definitely plan for a dining experience at Liang's Bistro. During the week, they offer a number of fantastic affordable lunch specials. The ambiance, service, and food are all spectacular. It's one of the better authentic Chinese dining experiences you will find in the New Tampa region.
There are lots of great appetizers on the menu including the very popular lettuce wraps, available in a veg and non veg version. Do not leave without trying the amazing spring rolls. Seriously, these are the best in the entire Tampa region. Additionally, the egg drop soup and miso soup are both delicious.
The best time to visit is during the weekday lunch hours. As for lunch specials, they include rice and your choice of soup for just 10-12 bucks. This is a fantastic deal. Buddha's Delight is a wonderful healthy choice. Also, fried rice and lo mein are available a la cart for just $10.
Update: As of 2025, lunch specials are now $12-13.
Service is always professional and efficient. The presentation is always perfect as well.
The ambiance here is beautiful. The restaurant decor is classy and modern. The space is always totally clean and the decorations are nice, and the overall vibe is very peaceful. Liang's is a great choice if you are seeking a quiet lunch destination. I love visiting here over the holiday season: they decorate the interior very nicely.
Give Liang's a try if you are heading out shopping in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel region. Liang's easily offers one of the most affordable and tastiest lunch deals in the region. Living in the New Tampa area for years, this was my go-to for authentic Chinese at an affordable price point.
