Colombo's Pizza and Pasta - Bozeman

Review Details

Update: This restaurant is under new ownership as of 2024 (the old owners sold after 39 years). Colombo's is an affordable pizza and pasta restaurant located near Montana State University in Bozeman. We stopped the first afternoon of our trip for a cheap, quick lunch.

Food

Columbo's is your typical casual pizza/pub restaurant. Here you will find all sorts of unique pizza and pasta entrees, along with sandwiches, appetizers, and a salad bar. Selections include everything from a hot Eggplant Parmesan sub, to Baked Ziti, to an Italian sub.

The salad bar is not the biggest I have ever seen, yet it is adequate. My veggie sandwich was fantastic. I definitely got my fill of healthy food for an affordable price tag. Mike ordered a delicious pizza. For those dining gluten-free, a GF free crust and pasta noodles are available.

Prices were very reasonable. They offer a number of lunch specials including an all-you-can-eat salad bar, salad and pizza, salad and a sandwich, and pizza by the slice.

Service

We waited less than 10 minutes for a waiter to bring over our sandwiches and pizza. We both enjoyed the salad bar which was self-serve.

Atmosphere

I enjoyed the rustic theme inside. It was not overly noisy or crowded making for a relaxed dining experience.

Final Words

I enjoyed the relaxed rustic feeling of Colombo's Pizza and Pasta. This is a great place to stop considering the diverse variety of affordable lunch combinations that are sure to please everyone. This is a nice casual stop after exploring the downtown or refueling after a beautiful hike.
