Hotel Reivew
Western Heritage Inn is a small local hotel in Bozeman, Montana, home to Montana State University. I was in town for the Run to the Pub Half Marathon and this hotel was located within close proximity to the starting line, which made it an ideal choice.
I chose this hotel because of the affordable prices, great amenities, and close proximity to the race and downtown area. The main advantage of this hotel is the close distance (a few blocks walking) to the great downtown area, which is filled with unique restaurants, souvenir shops, and bars.
Appearance
This hotel does not look fancy from the outside, but the inside is clean with a nice rustic Montana theme.I loved the grand fireplace in the lobby. I was impressed with the nice log cabin feel throughout the hotel.
Amenities
The hotel amenities include a hot tub, steam room, and tanning salon. There is no fitness center, which really doesn't matter because there are so many great trails to explore in Bozeman.
The steam room was a nice start to the day. I enjoyed the hot tub, although the temperature could have been a bit warmer. I did not use the tanning bed.
The continental breakfast included: waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, assorted cereals, bagels, orange juice, coffee, and tea. There is a small seating area with a fireplace. I liked the fact that they kept the coffee and tea out all day long, so I didn’t have to stop at a Starbucks!

Price
We found a great deal online for 20% off and ended up booking 3 nights for under $200! Each night came out to around $60: not a bad deal considering we had a free breakfast every morning, a hot tub and steam room, and a great location. Check the website as they frequently offer promotions.
Room
The hotel room was simple, but adequate and included a microwave, fridge, flat screen TV, and a coffee maker. There was only one room left when we booked the hotel, so unfortunately we had a noisy location next to the lobby. I recommend asking for a room away from the lobby as I could hear people talking and staff working all night.
Final Remarks
I would stay at the Western Heritage Inn again, especially if I found another promo code. Great location, great amenities, and great prices would bring me back!
