Driving along the Pacific Coast Highway: The Most Beautiful Drive in America!
This past weekend, my boyfriend and I took a road trip up the California coast, from Long Beach all the way up to Klamath. California State Route 1, also know as Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) is frequently regarded as one of the most scenic highways in the world. This 2500 mile long Highway runs from Baja, Calfornia all the way up to the Olympic Peninsula in Western Washington.
The drive along the PCH was incredible! Most of the route runs along the Pacific Ocean. Everywhere you look, you are surrounded by amazing views of the ocean, mountains, and forests. We took plenty of stops along the way to take some gorgeous photographs. Take a look at a few of our best shots below!

In addition to taking beautiful photos and enjoying the spectacular scenery, there are plenty of other worthwhile stops along the Pacific Coast Highway. My favorite stops along our road trip included: Monterey State Beach in Monterey, The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Ft. Bragg’s SeaGlass Beach, and Trees of Mystery in Klamath. You can read about my experience at each of these attractions here.
