The majority of chefs at Universal Studio’s Citywalk dining establishments are accustomed to providing options for guests with special dietary needs. One of the best choices by far is Vivo Italian Kitchen, a great Italian dining establishment which serves terrific food in a classy, modern setting. The design is contemporary and clean. It’s a great place to celebrate with the family after a day out at the parks.

The chefs are more than willing to accommodate special needs diets and will gladly speak with guests over food concerns and even prepare a few specialty dishes (the Gluten-free garlic bread is outstanding!). Gluten free pasta is available and many of the meat based dishes can be easily modified to not contain gluten and or dairy (try the Chicken Marsala!).

Dandelion Communitea Cafe serves delicious vegan and gluten-free food at affordable prices. The relaxing outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some healthy meals, snacks, and tea on a cooler day. The extensive loose leaf tea menu combined with a cozy outdoor setting makes it the ideal casual option for guests looking to take a break from it all. The menu (100% vegan except for grilled cheese) is comprised of a  little bit of everything including appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and make your own veggie/quinoa/salad bowls.

The side sampler dip plate consisting of a black bean, whirled peas guacamole, salsa, and vegan queso cheese dip is a must try! Very delicious and filling! As for entrees, the DIY bowls make the perfect filling meal for the picky eater as you can choose your own veggies, topping, and dressings.

Gluten-free guests will have no problem finding options as the menu is very accommodating and clearly marked for your convenience. In addition, employees are knowledgeable and willing to help you customize options to fit your needs.
