Cobie's is a clam shack located in Cape Cod in the town of Brewster. We decided to stop here for a break during our 22 mile bike ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Cobie's is the perfect spot for refueling as it is located at the halfway point of the path. The sign for the restaurant easily stands out on the path. Cobie's has won numerous awards including Best Clam Shack by The Today Show in 2009.

Food

The menu consists of: wraps, sandwiches, seafood, burgers, and fried appetizers.

Cobie's menu

We didn't eat much because we didn't want to be overstuffed for the rest of our ride. We just had a turkey wrap and baked potato. The serving sizes were pretty small, so if you are looking for a big meal you probably won't get it here! The onion rings looked really good - I wish I would have ordered them!

Service

At Cobie's you order at the outdoor counter and pick up your order when your buzzer rings. The staff working the counter were friendly and patient with us while we decided on our meal.

Atmosphere

There is a nice outdoor seating area, which is perfect for the summer months. All seating is covered so the sun isn't in your face while eating. Cobie's is a great place to relax with a snack or light meal after exercising.

Final Remarks

I recommend Cobie's to those biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. As I mentioned before, it is located conveniently at the halfway point. Plenty of carbohydrates and protein on the menu to get you going through the rest of the path!
