We waited less than 10 minutes for a waiter to bring over our sandwiches and pizza. We also both had the salad bar which was self-serve.
I enjoyed the rustic Montana theme inside. It was not overly noisy or crowded making for a relaxed dining experience.

Colombo's is an affordable pizza and pasta restaurant located near Montana State University in Bozeman. We stopped here during the first afternoon of our trip for a cheap, quick lunch.
The salad bar is not the biggest I have ever seen, but it is adequate. My veggie sandwich was fantastic. I definitely got my fill of healthy food for a mere $8. My boyfriend ordered pizza and said that it was great.
